Trip Report from Turkey
Our September trip to Turkey finished a few weeks ago, and the reports coming back are very enthusiastic. Because I had interacted with many of the people on the trip before they departed the U.S., I anticipated they would enjoy each other. And they did, in a big way.
"From beginning to end the trip was well structured and paced. Yasemin did an excellent job. She exudes positive energy."
Our trips to Turkey always have a lot of variety by the very nature of being in such an ancient, cross roads of history. But we added a few extras this year. For example, and with no pun intended, we confirmed that variety is the spice of life by beginning our tour of Istanbul with a stop at the Egyptian Spice Market. The sights and aromas astounded our guests. Later in the tour, an option of taking a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia proved very popular.
"I am still in awe of the MANY things we did and the abundance of information and experiences Yasemin offered to us."
I asked our guests if they would give me a high point in the trip:
"Joe, I can truly say that I would not have changed a thing. The yacht was my favorite. The crew was amazing, the food over the top and the boat just perfect."
"Turkey is a fascinating and exotic land, and Istanbul a beautiful and vibrant city. Throughout our visit, Turkish people were so warm and welcoming…"
After 17 years of offering trips to Turkey, it warms our hearts to receive comments like these.
Next September we return to Turkey with two more tours.
